First thing is you are greeted by a hand written welcome note! I have purchased many upend products within the healthcare industry for half-a-century and have never seen that level of support and welcome! It was classy.
That said, having genetic induced diabetes my diet and work routine across my life (while not perfect) has been pretty healthy overall. Nonetheless a victim I became. Though diet, activity, and minimal drugs (but still unfortunately necessary) I had been able to control my numbers previously ~ with the exception of the “dawn effect” many mornings altering my numbers upward.
After a recent (and for no discernible reason) sudden and sustained numbers jump I again sought out new natural herbal based supplements that might collectively assist me. So far, so good! Without changing a carb conscious diet or my activity schedule my blood sugar numbers have been significantly down.
Something is obviously working.
I had tried increasing my meditation and it wasn’t doing anything for me prior to adding this and another supplement. So, I added Physician Health Berberine (as expensive as it is) based on their stated purity guarantees. (I had tried Berberine from Asia previously from another supplier awhile ago and it did nothing). I also gave a “blood sugar support” natural supplement from the “Carotec Co.” another try because I respect the company and they source their materials from either US, Canada or Europe - not Mainland China. (Note, this supplement had too also been tried earlier and I had no positive results as a stand-alone item.)
I also started taking Spirulina powder (USA sourced also) with organic ginger powder, elements that are supposed to assist blood sugar regulation. (Part of throwing everything I could at the problem with the inexplicable high blood sugar readings.) The ginger did not on its own produce any results previously. So, the only NEW items are the PH’s Berberine and the Spirulina powder I also added 2X’s daily, (the latter is suppose to have Berberine as part of a host of minor complexes occurring naturally- so I felt this might help, surely won’t hurt.)
Which leaves us with PH’s Berberine. And, like I said, so far things have been significantly better and my daily numbers are under even my best morning numbers from before my spike.
For now, I’m staying with the program. Hope this info helps someone else!
